Sybian's breakthrough design has two separate movements. The Vaginal Insert rotates within the vagina (see Fig. 1) and the entire area which contacts the vulva vibrates, as does the vaginal insert (see Fig. 2). Separate controls allow independent regulation of vibration and rotation over a wide range of speeds.

Simulated intercourse with Sybian provides simultaneous, intense stimulation of both the clitoris (external area) and the Grafenberg Spot, or G Spot (internal area).

WARRANTY
Sybian has a five-year limited warranty that covers the body and all working parts, except for physical damage. The padded cover and vaginal inserts have a 180-day warranty against defects.

Under normal conditions, Sybian should last for years without any problems. As of Fall 2002, Sybians have been shipping for 15 years and less than 1% have needed any form of repair.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may call for a return authorization number within 45 days from the date of delivery and return it, shipping prepaid. The purchase price will be refunded less a $125.00 reconditioning fee. (No refunds are given for any accessories ordered or for shipping charges.)

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship by United Parcel Service and orders received by noon, central time, weekdays, will be shipped that day. The shipping weight of the complete Sybian package is 38# before add-ons.

Sybian is shipped UPS Ground Service in the 48 contiguous states for $20. You may choose to have it shipped Next Day Air AM or PM (not available in all areas), 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. These options will be available to you on the order form and you will be able to compare cost and delivery time. NOTE: A physical address is required to ship by UPS unless you wish to pick up the package at the UPS center. When delivered, an adult signature is required.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sybian is available in 120 volt for use in the United States and Canada, and in 230 volt which is used in most other countries. We ship 120 volt unless otherwise specified.

DEMONSTRATION VIDEO
We have a product demonstration video available in English. The first 22 minutes is on Sybian and the remaining 18 minutes is on Venus 2000. This video is explicit and shows both machines being used but is not intended to be pornographic in any way.

The videos are available in VHS in the following formats: NTSC - used in US, Canada, Mexico, most of South America, Japan, etc. PAL - used in most of Europe (except France), Australia etc. SECAM is not available

In the US and Canada, videos are $20.00 plus $5 S&H.; The company will forgo the $5 shipping fee when someone is contacting the company for the first time. Videos in the PAL format are $30 mailed to any other country. All videos are mailed by Priority Mail in the United States to the mailing address you provide. All Canadian and Foreign videos are sent standard Airmail to the mailing address you provide.

METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
For same day shipping, we accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Wire Transfers (bank to bank), Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Personal checks for videos or parts will receive same day shipment but must clear before we ship a Sybian.

SECURITY
We do have electronic security on this site. You may submit your account numbers without concern. If you wish to overnight a Cashier's Check or Money Order, call for our physical address.

LAY-A-WAY AVAILABLE
Many people prefer to spread payments out over a period of time. With our lay-a-way plan, you may hold a price with a payment of $100 and pay the balance when and how you wish. If you wish to charge a specific amount from your credit card each month, Abco will do so. When it is paid in full, your Sybian will ship.
